Today, the SU softball team improved its record to 18-4 and increased its win streak to 10 with a two game sweep of Gettysburg. We only won the first game 1-0 even though we had eight hits through out that game. Our bats really came alive in the second game which we won 7-2. Our ace pitcher, Cara Swerdlow broke some records today. She tossed a four-hit shutout and in the process became Susquehanna’s all-time winningest pitcher as she now has 45 victories over her four-year career.
